Roles

Eight roles, and the right to change what each one can do.

Owner, admin, manager, finance, production, sales, operator, viewer. Each role has a default set of permissions; each shop can override them. A production role that should also see prices, or a sales role that should not see costs, is a checkbox, not a support ticket.

Accountability

An owner on every job. A log of every change.

Assign an owner to a quote or an order and filter every board by who is on it. The audit log records who changed what and when, including status moves, price edits and settings changes. Task boards and groups give the floor a shared list without a separate app.

Security

Two-factor login, and support access you can see.

Every account can use an authenticator app for two-factor login, and new devices can be gated behind an emailed code. When you need help from us, you grant a support login that expires in thirty minutes and shows up in your audit log. Nobody at Layers3D can open your shop without that.
