Features / Automatic follow-ups

The engine writes. You decide.

A quote that goes quiet, a request that arrived without a file, a customer who has not ordered in six months: each of them gets a follow-up drafted in your voice, with the reason it exists, waiting in a queue. One tick sends it. Nothing goes out on its own, and a global do-not-email list is honoured everywhere.

The plays

Five reasons to follow up, each with its own timing.

Every play is off until you switch it on, and every message it produces is a draft until you approve it. At the shop this was built in, the queue ran for weeks producing drafts before the first one was sent, and that was the point.

Quiet quote

A quote nobody answered

Two touches spaced by business days from the day the quote was sent, not from the day the inquiry arrived. A reply pauses the sequence; a read pulls the next touch forward.

No file

The request that cannot be quoted yet

Most quote requests arrive without a file. The chase asks for it, politely, and the card on your Sell board shows when it wakes up.

Dormant

Customers who stopped ordering

Six months without an order earns one message about reorders, which are one click from their tracking page.

Review

After delivery

One request for a rating after the job is fulfilled, sent once, to the right person, never to a customer who declined.

Digest

Your morning summary

What needs a decision today, what is late, what went quiet: one email to you, not a stream of notifications.

Templates

Your words, per shop

Decline reasons and letters, follow-up templates and the sending window are yours to edit. Hide a reason, never delete it: history stays readable.

Sequences

Multi-step campaigns that stop the moment a lead converts.

Build a nurture sequence once: three touches, two days, six days and two weeks apart, each with its own subject and body, by email or text. Enrol a lead and the sequence runs on business days, stops automatically when they order or reply, and honours email test mode while you are still shaping the wording.

  • Up to twenty steps per sequence, email or SMS, with day offsets
  • Auto-stop on conversion or reply; manual pause any time
  • Enrol from the lead, or in bulk from a filtered customer list
  • Every send is logged on the customer's timeline

On the board

You can see what the engine is waiting for.

A request waiting on a file wears its badge on the Sell board with the date the chase wakes up. A snoozed lead says so. The follow-ups page lists every draft with the customer, the play that produced it and the text, and one tick sends it. Untouched drafts expire; nothing lingers to be sent by accident.

  • Drafts queued with the play, the reason and the wording, one tick to send
  • Reads and clicks tracked; a reply pauses the sequence
  • Sending window per shop for marketing-style messages; transactional emails are never held
  • Test mode routes every message to your own inbox until you switch it off

Let the quiet quotes get one more chance.
