Can I bring my customers and orders over?

Yes. Settings › Data imports customers and past orders from a spreadsheet (CSV or Excel), and you can undo an import if it comes out wrong.

Do I have to change my website?

No. The quote page goes on your site with one script tag, or on a Shopify storefront. Your customers see your name and logo, not ours.
