Connect Zoho Mail

Sign in with Zoho once. Customer emails land on their timeline, and emails with CAD files become quote requests.

Customers write to a Zoho mailbox? Connect it the way you would Gmail or Outlook. Layers3D reads new mail, matches it to your customers, and turns an email with a CAD file into a quote request on your Orders board.

Reading your inbox comes with the Professional plan and up.

Connect it

  1. Go to Apps › Zoho Mail.
  2. Press Sign in with Zoho, log in to the mailbox your customers write to and press Accept.
  3. The card says Connected, with the mailbox and the Zoho region.

Zoho finds your region by itself. If it sends you to the wrong one, open Zoho sent you to the wrong region? on the card and pick yours. zohocloud.ca is Canada, zoho.com the United States.

What it does

New mail in your Inbox and Sent folders is checked every 15 minutes. Press Sync now to check right away.

  1. An email from a customer lands on their timeline.
  2. An email with a CAD file makes a quote request with the file and their words inside.
  3. Their replies file themselves on the order.
It only reads. Nothing is ever sent from your Zoho mailbox by Layers3D.

If the card says sync is paused on a message it could not read, nothing is skipped. It picks up from there once that message reads.

Disconnect

Press Disconnect on the card. Emails already on your customers stay. New ones stop coming in.
